NATURE'S WAY

Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, we offer a rich and dynamic learning environment, where children are empowered to explore, discover, and flourish as confident, independent, and curious learners.

Nestled in acres of beautiful and enchanting Northamptonshire woodland, located in Bulwick, we’re ideally placed for parents looking for a nursery in Corby, Oundle and Geddington or the surrounding area. Plus we offer much more than standard nurseries in the county. The nursery was previously called Simba’s Den but we’ve made some big changes!

We invite you to discover how we are committed to nurturing your child and preparing them for a lifetime of success in both school and life, with our expert educators and unique nursery.

Unique Outdoor Learning

Outdoor learning, truly unique approach to preschool education. Our magical forest allows children to connect with nature, engage in physical activities, and develop an appreciation for the natural world

Passionate Educators

Our expert educators are committed to nurturing the whole child and preparing them for a lifetime of success in both school and life. Teachers guide and facilitate learning based on individual needs. Children can choose activities from various learning areas such as language, maths, sensorial and practical life.

Expert Education

Our approach combines the best practices of Reggio Emilia and Montessori to create a rich and dynamic learning environment. We utilise a learner centred process where we facilitate self guided learning and development for each child, so they learn whilst having fun with their friends.

Empowering Young Lives

We empower children to explore, discover, and flourish as confident, independent, and curious learners. Our curriculum is designed to help children build resilience and confidence through exploring challenges through play.

Reflection Time

Throughout the day, teachers document children's activities and engage in reflective discussions to deepen understanding and guide future learning experiences. The guiding principles of forest school are for adults to be reflective in order to provide children with continuous experiences and opportunities to meet their developmental needs.

Parental Participation

We encourage parents to actively participate in their child's educational journey through regular communication, involvement in projects, and sharing their unique family experiences and cultures. Our nursery supports adult and child mental well being through identifying problems which may arise and working through solutions together.

A Pathway To Growth

We encourage the forest school approach to learning that can be applied at home and throughout children's early years and education.
